Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it you must inform us by a clear statement — a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notice before the period expires is enough.

We refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed, using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you.
